Kathmandu: Telenet Pvt. Ltd., a Nepali company under Ramesh Corp, has become the local partner of the world’s leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform, Salesforce. Through this partnership, Telenet aims to further accelerate the digital transformation of Nepali industries and businesses.
The collaboration is expected to modernize how Nepali businesses operate and provide local access to global digital solutions and expertise. With local implementation and support now available, businesses in Nepal will be able to use the full Salesforce platform more effectively.
Under the partnership, Telenet will serve as Salesforce’s local implementation and support partner in Nepal. This will allow Nepali companies to more easily adopt Salesforce tools such as Agentforce Sales, Slack, and Tableau.
Agentforce Sales helps sales teams manage customer information and opportunities from a single platform. It supports faster decision-making, reduces repetitive tasks, and enables quicker customer responses. AI-powered recommendations further help businesses grow more efficiently.
Slack enables real-time collaboration by connecting teams across departments. It helps automate workflows and removes internal communication barriers. Team members can manage messages, files, and meetings from one place, whether they are in the office or working remotely.
Tableau helps businesses understand complex data through clear charts, graphs, and dashboards. It allows companies to identify strengths, gaps, and customer trends quickly. This enables data-driven decision-making instead of relying on assumptions.
Salesforce spokesperson Pravar Gautam said the company is excited to expand its presence in Nepal through the partnership with Telenet. “Amid the agentic AI revolution, Nepali businesses are accelerating their digital transformation. We are committed to supporting this journey by enabling better customer experiences, higher productivity, and sustainable growth,” he said.
Telenet CEO Navankur Sood said Nepali businesses have long struggled to effectively use world-class digital tools. “That challenge is now coming to an end. Telenet is the frontrunner for Salesforce in Nepal,” he said. He added that the company will provide local consulting, training, customized solutions, AI-driven analytics, and seamless collaboration tools to help businesses scale.
In the initial phase, Salesforce and Telenet will focus on targeted consulting, training, and rapid implementation in key economic sectors. The goal is to ensure fast adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Telenet has been operating in Nepal since 2009 as a technology and communications services provider. With 16 years of experience, the company has supported telecom operators through services such as chatbots, call center automation, m-health, gaming, and OTT engagement.
As a local cloud partner of Huawei and Alibaba Cloud, Telenet also provides cloud migration, solution and architecture design, local support and billing, and flexible cloud deployment services. The company also has expertise in web and mobile app development and customized digital solutions.
