Written and Trial Exams Postponed After Gen-Z Protests Began from Today

Kathmandu: The Driving License Office, Ekantakuna, will begin the postponed written and trial exams from tomorrow. The exams were suspended after the EDLVRS system related to driving licenses was disrupted during the Gen-Z protests on 8 and 9 September. They are now resuming after nearly two months.
According to the office, the written exam scheduled for September 9 was held at 7 a.m. on Monday. Similarly, the trial exams for categories A, B, and K were conducted at 10 a.m.
The office has also informed that candidates who could not be contacted on 9 September for either the written or trial exams can reach out later to include their names in the rescheduled exams. Information regarding new online applications for registration and category additions will be published later.
