Kathmandu. The Office of the Company Registrar has launched an AI-based call center to make its services accessible to users. The system came into operation from Tuesday, according to the office.
The AI call center is said to operate 24 hours a day, providing information on company administration, services procedures, required documents, and other related processes. It will also offer details such as staff extension numbers.
Service users can call 9700004414 to receive assistance and answers to their questions through the AI system.
The office said the service will also support users in company registration and post-registration processes. In a statement, it added that the system will be continuously improved and updated to ensure comprehensive access to information for service seekers.
