Nepal Telecom Extends All 28-Day Prepaid Packs to 30 Days

Kathmandu. Nepal Telecom has extended all 28-day prepaid service packages to 30 days, allowing customers to use monthly plans for a full month.

According to Telecom spokesperson Ravindra Manandhar, the revised validity period took effect on 24 April 2026, along with adjustments to some package prices.

Earlier, the company had extended the validity of its popular ‘Combo-299 Pack’ to 30 days from 7 April, 2026. The same provision has now been applied to all remaining 28-day prepaid packages.

With the change, prepaid users will now need to recharge only once a month. Previously, customers had to buy separate recharge or data packs for the remaining two days after a 28-day package expired before the end of the month.

Manandhar said the move will provide added convenience and better value to customers as they will receive an additional two days of data, voice, and SMS services within the package period.
