Kathmandu. Pokhara University has launched a new digital “Student Portal” to streamline academic services for thousands of students, graduates, and exam candidates across the institution.
The portal, officially named the Pokhara University Student Portal (PUSP), was introduced by the university’s Office of the Controller of Examinations to make academic services faster, more efficient, and technology-driven. It is designed for students currently enrolled, those awaiting results, and graduates seeking academic documents.
Through the system, students can now apply for examination forms, access results and grade sheets, and request transcripts, migration certificates, and provisional certificates online. The platform also allows applications for graduation ceremonies and degree certificates.
The university has urged all students to register on the portal and create individual accounts, while affiliated colleges have been instructed to upload and verify student data for authentication as registered users.
In addition, the portal has been integrated with Nagarik App, allowing students to access transcripts and facilitating the process for obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) required for foreign study approvals.
Students whose records are not yet available in the system have been asked to submit a “request/consent application” through the portal to complete verification and access NOC-related services.
