Vivo V60 launched in Nepali market for photography enthusiasts, starting at Rs 71,000

Kathmandu: Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has launched its new model, the Vivo V60, in the Nepali market. The ZEISS camera technology-equipped phone was unveiled at an event held in the capital.
The highlight of the Vivo V60 is its 50MP super telephoto camera, designed to capture clear portraits even from a distance. The company says its 10X telephoto stage portrait feature performs best in bright light conditions.
Other camera features include AI Image Studio, a 50MP main OIS camera, an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens, and a 50MP group selfie camera. Vivo claims the phone delivers excellent low-light photography and supports 4K video recording.
The phone comes with a quad-curved display, Diamond Shield Glass, and an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. It is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging, and 12GB RAM with an additional 12GB extended RAM.
Pre-bookings for the Vivo V60 are open from today until September 2, with sales beginning on September 3.
The price is set at Rs 70,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant and Rs 75,999 for the 12GB + 512GB variant. Customers who pre-book will receive free Vivo earbuds. The phone is also available with a zero-percent EMI plan, and buyers can get an additional Rs 2,000 exchange value when trading in an old device through Vivo’s New Old platform.
