Kathmandu: Google has expanded its latest subscription plan, Google AI Plus, to 36 more countries, including Nepal, bringing the total to 77 countries worldwide. The announcement comes about a month after its previous rollout in 36 emerging markets.
The Google AI Plus plan offers access to Google’s latest AI models and tools at a lower price than the AI Pro plan. The expansion follows positive feedback from users in Indonesia and other countries where the service was first launched.
Under the plan, users gain access to advanced AI features within the Gemini app, including Gemini 2.5 Pro and Deep Research with a 128K token context window. Gemini’s features will also be integrated into Gmail, Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat, and Videos within Google Workspace.
The plan also increases limits for photo and video creation through the Nano creative AI model. Users receive 200 AI credits each month for tools like Flow (AI video creation) and Whisk (AI image generation).
Additional features include enhanced access to NotebookLM with audio summaries, expanded notebook resources, customizable styles and tones, advanced sharing options, and analytics. Subscribers also receive 200 GB of cloud storage for Gmail, Drive, and Photos.
The service is currently available in 77 countries, including Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and South Africa. New customers can enjoy a 50% discount on the first six months, though pricing may vary by country.
