Kathmandu: A one-day “Master Robotics Training” was completed in the Nagarjun area with technical support from drone and robotics company Sujata Industries Pvt. Ltd. The event, organized by the Stan Nagarjun Committee at Sitaram Secondary School on Saturday, brought together about 100 students from 25 schools in the Nagarjun area. The organizers said the program aimed to provide practical skills in robotics and automation to school-level students and inspire them toward future technical fields.
Sujata Industries provided all the technical materials required for the training, including robotics kits, sensors, Arduino controllers, coding resources, and technical manpower. The company’s Managing Director and drone-robotics expert Manish Sharma served as the lead trainer and offered educational and technical guidance.
During the training, students practiced hands-on projects such as Blink LED, Traffic Light System, Bluetooth Control Car, Automatic Door Opener, Smart Dustbin, and Servo Control. According to the company, these activities helped students develop basic technical skills, including Arduino programming, sensor integration, and automation logic.
Nagarjun Municipality Ward 6 Chair Devendra Giri, who attended the program as chief guest, praised Sujata Industries for its contribution to expanding modern technical education at the school level.
Sujata Industries technicians Bandana Khadka, Ashok Adhikari, Hrishikesh Sharma, Rashmi Sah, Sushmita Sharma, Rishika Yadav, and Saurabh Yadav supported students with hardware setup, circuit building, and coding.
Sujata Industries, which works in drone manufacturing and STEM education in Nepal, said it will continue similar programs to empower Nepal’s next generation in robotics and automation.
