NEB to Likely Publish SEE Results by May 12 as Preparations Enter Final Stage

Kathmandu. The National Examination Board (NEB) has reached the final stage of preparations to publish the results of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE), with plans to release them by Tuesday, May 12.
According to Laxmi Marasini, information officer at the Grade 10 Examination Control Office under the board, technical and administrative preparations are underway to meet the scheduled deadline. She said the board will soon issue an official notice confirming the publication of the result. “We will announce information about the result publication soon,” she stated.
In the past, SEE results were published around three months after the examination. However, this year, the Education Ministry directed the board to complete the process within one month. Following the directive, the board has accelerated answer sheet evaluation and related procedures, including checking answer sheets at designated examination centers.
The board has also finalized arrangements for multiple result-checking platforms. Students will be able to access results via SMS, IVR, USSD services, and various websites.
Under Nepal Telecom’s service, results can be checked by calling or sending SMS to the short code 1600. Similarly, results can be obtained via SMS services provided by Janaki Technologies (35001) and Ambition Guru (31061). Official websites of the NEB, the Class 10 Examination Control Office, Nepal Telecom, eKantipur, and other authorized platforms will also publish the results. The SEE examinations for the academic session 2026 were held from April 2 to April 12. The board stated that results will be made available shortly after official publication through all designated channels.
