Kathmandu: A hackathon competition is being organized for students studying in grades 11 and 12. Tech Gorkha Digital Services and Cyber Ghar are jointly hosting Cyber Utsav 2.0 across four major cities, according to program coordinator Dikshant Pandey.
The hackathons will take place in Itahari from August 27 to 29, Pokhara from September 1 to 3, Chitwan from September 6 to 8, and Kathmandu from September 11 to 13. The grand finale will be held in Kathmandu on September 14 , where the winning teams from each city will compete.
The organizers will cover travel and accommodation expenses for participants coming to the finale from Itahari, Pokhara, and Chitwan.
The top three teams in the finale will receive cash prizes totaling one lakh rupees. The first-place team will be awarded Rs 50,000, the second-place Rs 30,000, and the third-place Rs 20,000.
