JAECOO J5 EV, Styled Like a Range Rover, Launches in Nepal with Rs. 400,000 Expo Discount

Kathmandu: SPG Automobiles has introduced the premium SUV ‘JAECOO J-5’ to the Nepali market. The JAECOO J-5 was unveiled at the Naima Nepal Mobility Expo, which began at Bhrikutimandap on Wednesday.

The company launched the new J-5 as part of its premium SUV lineup alongside the Omoda and Jaecoo brands. It claims the vehicle stands out for its Range Rover-inspired design, 185 mm ground clearance, 18-inch spare tire, 461 km driving range, and 480 liters of boot space.

Although the official price of the JAECOO J-5 is Rs. 60 lakh, the vehicle can be booked for Rs. 56,000 under a special Naima Expo offer.

The company is also offering special deals on other Omoda and Jaecoo models. The Omoda E5, with a starting price of Rs. 61.99 lakh, is available at a discounted rate of Rs. 54.99 lakh at the expo. Similarly, the Jaecoo J6, priced at Rs. 69.99 lakh, is being offered at Rs. 65.99 lakh.

SPG Automobiles has stated that all bookings of Omoda and Jaecoo models at the Naima Expo will come with special offers and discounts. SPG Automobiles is the official distributor of Omoda and Jaecoo in Nepal.
