Manmohan Technical University opens 72 seats for engineering admissions

Kathmandu: Manmohan Technical University has opened new admissions for the Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) programs for the academic session 2082/083. The university’s School of Engineering is accepting applications for Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering programs.

This year, the university has announced 48 seats for Civil Engineering and 24 seats for Electrical Engineering. Interested students can fill out the online application form through the university’s official website.

The deadline for regular applications is on September 2, while applications submitted by September 24 will be accepted with a late fee. According to the university, the entrance exam will be computer-based.

To apply, students must have passed the Proficiency Certificate Level, Higher Secondary (10+2), A-Level, or Engineering Diploma (or an equivalent exam) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized institution, securing at least 45 percent marks or a minimum ‘C’ grade in each subject.

Students who have appeared in their final exams and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply. However, they must submit proof of meeting the minimum qualifications before the admission list is published.
