Mobile Numbers Published for Immediate Support on Government Websites and Software

Kathmandu: The Department of Information Technology has published mobile numbers to immediately resolve technical issues in government information technology systems currently in use. Government offices can now directly contact the designated numbers as soon as any problem arises.
The department has provided separate contact numbers for the Integrated Office Management System (GIOMS), Integrated Website Management System (GIWMS), and the Centralized Email System. These numbers can be used during office hours to report problems.
According to the department, for issues related to the Integrated Office Management System, contact 9861426180. For the Integrated Website Management System, contact 9861426179. For the Centralized Email System, contact 9861426181.
The department introduced the Integrated Office Management System to make government work paperless, transparent, and cost-effective. Government agencies are using the system to approve comments, register letters and invoices, approve leave and work, and manage records using electronic signatures.
Similarly, under the Guidelines on Website Development and Management of Government Offices, 2078, the department developed the website management system to ensure uniformity in government websites. The system includes disability-friendly features, complaint management, and automated assistants (chatbots). With this system, even offices without dedicated technical staff can easily run websites using a single template.
The department also operates centralized e-attendance, the Citizen App, the SMS Gateway, and local government mobile apps, in addition to these main systems.
