Tribhuvan University OCoE Urges Students to Fill Forms Themselves Through Student Portal for Online Services

Kathmandu: The Office of Controller of Examination (OCoE) of Tribhuvan University has urged students to use online services for all examination-related work. Issuing a notice on Thursday, OCoE asked students to access services through the student portal for convenience.
OCoE said filling forms online allows students to submit applications from anywhere. It also saves them from standing in long queues. It said when students enter details themselves, the chances of errors are reduced and data security is improved.
To apply for online registration, students must have an identity card issued by their respective colleges. For transcripts and provisional certificates, students must prepare their complete marksheets and registration cards in PDF format and upload them to the portal.
For retotaling, the form must be submitted within 15 days of the publication of examination results.OCoE said students who have registered since 2023 will also be able to fill examination forms online. To access these services, students must log in to the student portal and select the ‘Other Services’ option.
For convocation certificates, OCoE said students can fill out the online form by going directly to the ‘Convocation Services’ section of the student portal.
