Kathmandu. A TikTok account named "Seema_Geeta_Twins," with the username "SeemaandGeetaTwins," featuring conjoined twin-like figures with two heads and one body, has gone viral.
The TikTok account has shared photos and videos of the two-headed figures engaging in daily activities and dancing. It has also posted so-called childhood images and videos.
Users have asked, “Are you really real?” in the comments.
Some users have asked questions such as, “Where is your home? Is it enough if only one of you eats, or do both need to eat? Can both of you sleep at the same time?” Others have expressed a desire to meet the two-headed figure in person. Some users initially believed that the account was fake, but later assumed it might be real due to the presence of “childhood” content.
Readers and viewers of TechPana have requested verification of the viral account through messages and mentions.
This TikTok account has more than 48,500 followers and has received more than 725,000 likes. The bio states, “20 million views in seven days.”
As of Friday (March 13) afternoon, 26 videos had been posted, of which nine have over a million views.

The oldest video on the account was posted on February 10, 2026. In the video, two figures named Seema and Geeta introduce themselves and request viewers to follow their TikTok account. However, the video shows audio inconsistencies, where one voice appears to switch between the two figures.
When the video was analyzed using the AI detection tool “HiveModeration,” it showed a 99.9% likelihood of being AI-generated.

The account has also shared several images and videos, including purported childhood visuals. One video shows a mother holding a two-headed infant while posing with a foreign woman. A clip at the beginning appears to simulate a smartphone recording, raising questions among users, such as, “Were smartphones available at that time?”
We also checked whether those pictures were AI-generated or not. It was concluded that those pictures were 99 percent AI-generated.

A video of her dancing to the song 'Lahana le Jurayo Ki,' which is referred to as a childhood dance, has been released. We examined the video through high moderation. The likelihood that the video was AI-generated appeared to be 84.7 percent.

We also checked whether other videos were AI-generated or not. It was observed that all the content posted from that account so far has been AI-generated.

Why are such videos made?
Users are naturally more curious about content that appears unusual or beyond reality. A person with two heads is inherently rare and attention-grabbing. When such concepts are presented as real, they attract likes, comments, and shares, increasing the chances of going viral.
Making such videos does not require a lot of effort. AI tools can be used to create pictures and videos in a short period of time without a camera, video editing skills, or people. This allows creators to produce high-engagement content at low cost.
The trend of making such AI-generated content is increasing as a way to earn money through brand promotion, advertising, or social media monetization.
