Separate help desk to hear complaints and issues arising while obtaining NOC for foreign studies

Kathmandu: The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has launched a separate help desk to facilitate the issuance of a foreign study permit (NOC) required for studying abroad. The ministry announced this in a notification on Friday.

The ministry has already been providing services for applying online and issuing NOCs. However, students who are going abroad for higher education with NOCs and those who have already gone abroad for higher education with NOCs and are studying abroad face various problems related to NOCs.

The Ministry's Foreign Study Permit Branch has set up a help desk to hear such problems and complaints and facilitate service delivery. Now, you can call the branch's phone number 01-6635419 or email [email protected] to resolve your problems.
